What a beautiful custom-made product! I ordered this as a gift for a friend, and it arrived in just a few days. It was bubble wrapped and secured very well in it’s package. The name pieces slide into the larger monogram letter smoothly and securely. This is a quality item!
I had a question about tracking after I ordered, and I just “replied” to the email confirmation that was sent (no digging around for a hidden customer service contact buried somewhere on a website), and my message was responded to quickly and personally by John, who handled all my needs and followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied.
